Ocarina of Time Remake Pricing Policy
Ahead of the celebratory Nintendo Direct presentation dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the iconic The Legend of Zelda franchise, official details regarding the price of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake for Nintendo Switch 2 have surfaced online.
Vigilant users in the Australian segment of the Nintendo eShop were the first to spot the information. The game appeared in search results with a price tag of 94.95 Australian dollars, which corresponds to the standard digital price of 60 US dollars.
Difference Between Digital and Physical Editions
Later, the information was fully confirmed. Nintendo decided to split the price depending on the format:
- Digital version (eShop): $59.99
- Physical cartridge edition: $69.99
A similar pricing strategy has already been used by the company before, so fans of the classic should prepare their wallets in advance for the release of Link's remastered adventure on the new console.
