The legendary farming simulator Stardew Valley continues to surprise fans. Despite sales of the solo developer's project exceeding 50 million copies worldwide, the story of the cozy valley is still far from over.
During the final concert of the official Stardew Valley music tour, game creator Eric Barone (known as ConcernedApe) personally addressed the audience and revealed intriguing new details about the upcoming version 1.7 patch. According to him, this update “claims to be the biggest in the game's history.”
What is ConcernedApe preparing?
- Grand scale: The author emphasized that the planned character development for Clint and Sandy is “just the tip of the iceberg,” as significantly more fresh content is hidden inside the update.
- Estimated timeline: There is no specific release date for version 1.7 yet, but ConcernedApe noted that the release should be expected next year.
