The co-op puzzle game SONIC PICO PARK is gearing up for release and continues to expand its playable character roster. Two more fan favorites from the Sonic the Hedgehog series have joined the colorful cast — Rouge the Bat and the robot E-123 Omega.
The Full Team Dark Lineup Assembled
Previously, the developers confirmed the inclusion of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Big the Cat, Cream and Cheese, Silver, and Blaze. Now, with the addition of Rouge and Omega, the iconic Team Dark is reunited in full in the whimsical world of PICO PARK.
Game Features and Release Date
SONIC PICO PARK combines classic co-op gameplay with signature elements of the SEGA franchise: each character can perform a Spin Dash, and levels will feature familiar rings, loops, and springs.
- 2 to 8 Player Co-op: tackle challenges locally or online.
- Crossplay: the ability for users on different platforms to play together.
- Online support for local players: up to 7 people can join an online session from a single console.
The game will be released on November 12, 2026, on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
