Fast-paced dungeons in retro style
Publisher Regista has announced the release of the game Hurry, Hero! on Nintendo Switch, taking place on September 10, 2026. It is a dynamic roguelike in retro style, designed for quick gaming sessions.
Players take on the role of a brave hero to uncover the sinister plans of the evil Demon King. The main objective is to venture into dungeons, find treasure chests, return with loot, and defeat final bosses. Each run lasts only about 10 minutes, making it ideal for playing during spare time in the Switch's handheld mode.
Gameplay features and monster ecosystem
Hurry, Hero! offers accessible controls without unnecessary complexity:
- Automatic battles: the character automatically attacks monsters upon collision, while the player focuses on movement and the timely use of skills or items;
- Upgrades with TP points: delivered treasures allow players to enhance the hero's stats and unlock new useful features for expeditions;
- Living ecosystem: the monster balance shifts depending on the food chain and player intervention. If creatures are ignored, they will overpopulate the dungeon, but if too many are eliminated, there won't be enough experience to level up;
- "Tower" mode: a new challenge where you must conquer all 50 floors using all gathered resources and monster behavioral traits.
