Capcom continues to share interesting details about the upcoming samurai action game Onimusha: Way of the Sword. In the latest episode of the "Curious Cases" video series, voiced by Yuriri Naka (the voice of Oni Lady), viewers were introduced to the mysterious Man in White and the altered Sasaki Ganryu.
Who is the Man in White?
This mysterious figure bestowed Oni Gauntlets upon both the protagonist Miyamoto Musashi and his rival Sasaki Ganryu. He continues to appear unexpectedly in the warriors' path, yet his true motives and goals remain a complete mystery.
- Sasaki Ganryu: appears before Musashi once again after their past duel. In pursuit of greater power, he resorted to forbidden Oni Gauntlet rituals, which distorted his body and mind.
- Intense Combat: the game will offer tactical and tense sword duels, superhuman Oni abilities, and an authentic feel of swordsmanship in Edo-period Kyoto overrun by Genma demons.
Development of the project continues, with Capcom promising an unmatched level of dynamism and depth in the combat system.
