Studio Toei Animation has officially announced the visual novel Expelled from Paradise: The Stellar Angel for the Nintendo Switch platform. The game's release is scheduled for November 21, 2026.
Return to the iconic sci-fi universe
The original anime film Expelled from Paradise was released in 2014 and told the story of a devastated Earth and humanity, most of which had migrated to a virtual world. The new game will expand the franchise and allow for a deeper dive into the atmosphere of the universe ahead of the feature-length sequel's release.
