Cult Classic Returns in a New Format
The cult adventure KOWLOON’S GATE Suzaku, based on the famous original PlayStation era game, has become available on Nintendo Switch. The project offers players a unique experience of leisurely exploration and immersion into the atmosphere of the mystical Kowloon Walled City.
What Awaits Players in KOWLOON’S GATE Suzaku?
The game serves as a kind of prequel to the 1997 classic game Kowloon’s Gate. It reimagines the familiar universe and focuses on atmospheric walks through the labyrinths of a city submerged in memories:
- Atmospheric walks: explore the narrow alleys of Kowloon from new angles and discover locations that were not in the original.
- Photographic puzzles: use photographs found in the album to find specific locations in the city.
- Restoring memories: bring back memories using so-called "psychography" (thoughtography) and meet familiar characters in higher resolution.
The release has already taken place, so Nintendo Switch owners can embark on this unusual psychedelic journey right now.
