A personal escape room right in your home
Publisher JanduSoft and Spanish solo developer Kuraishisama have announced the release of the psychological thriller The Transference on the Nintendo Switch hybrid console. The game is a first-person adventure puzzle in an escape room format, where the protagonist must find a way out of their own home, which has been turned into an eerie trap.
Secrets, betrayals, and complex riddles
In the story, you find yourself trapped inside your own home, with all windows and doors boarded up from the inside. Exploring the rooms, players need to search for clues, solve puzzles, and unravel a web of family secrets to find out who trapped them and why.
Among the game's key features:
- Diverse puzzles: challenges inspired by the Tower of Hanoi, philosophical paradoxes, and traditional games.
- Spanish flair: riddles referencing famous Spanish poets, classic authors, as well as the culture and history of Andalusia.
- Stealth and tension: you are not alone in the house — sometimes you will have to hide and wait for the right moment.
