New Content for The Last Salvage SQUAD
The developers of the sci-fi action game The Last Salvage SQUAD have announced the release of a major content update scheduled for November 2026.
What the update will bring:
- Free Play Mode and Arcade Mode: new game formats for replayability and challenges.
- Exclusive equipment: unique gear available only in Free Play and Arcade modes.
- "Another Mission" story missions: additional prequel and epilogue missions created specifically for the new modes.
In Free Play and Arcade modes, players will be able to complete special EX missions with specific equipment requirements not available in the standard story mode.
Details of "Another Mission"
The "Another Mission" task pack is divided into two phases:
- Prequel: depicts a large-scale interception operation by Cogrin squad forces immediately after the start of the alien invasion. Players will have to fight against a massive enemy fleet alongside allied NPC units.
- Epilogue: shows the events following the final battle of the main story, where the surviving squad embarks on its last mission entrusted to them by humanity.
The Last Salvage SQUAD is already available on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and the exact release date for the November update will be announced soon.
