Publisher Top Hat Studios and indie developer Nico Papalia have officially announced the unusual role-playing game Tales of Tuscany for the Nintendo Switch console. The project is scheduled for release on February 22, 2027.
A Chaotic Sheep and Bullet Hell Elements
Tales of Tuscany combines the classic "choose your own adventure" text quest format with dynamic and intense bullet hell battles. Players will take control of a small yet very chaotic sheep.
Key features of the game include:
- The ability to manipulate enemies (gaslighting), convincing them to join your team, or destroying them for experience points.
- Nonlinear progression with numerous choices.
- A mission to rescue relatives and rebuild a destroyed hometown.
- A dynamic combat system requiring fast reflexes and dodging barrages of projectiles.
