The Return of the Rock Simulator Era
The rhythm game Stage Tour has officially received a release date for the next-generation console Switch 2. The release of the music project is scheduled for December 10, 2026.
The game is being developed by a team of industry veterans who previously worked on the legendary Guitar Hero® and DJ Hero® series, in close collaboration with the rhythm gaming community. The main goal of the project is to revive the spirit of music hangouts in front of the TV for a new generation of gamers.
Stage Tour Features
- Classic Gameplay: The traditional 5-button (fret) system is combined with a modern progression system, extensive customization, and high replayability.
- Form Your Own Band: The ability to play lead guitar, bass guitar, drums, or perform vocals.
- Controller Support: The game will support dedicated guitar controllers, drum kits, microphones, as well as standard gamepads and keyboards.
- Official Licenses: Thanks to a multi-year partnership with guitar giant Gibson®, the game will feature authentic digital replicas of instruments from the Gibson, Epiphone, and Kramer brands.
