Key developers of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 4 shared fresh details about the project in a new interview with the Japanese magazine Famitsu. Series director Tetsuya Nomura spoke about the scale and features of the new installment in the iconic franchise.

According to Nomura, Kingdom Hearts 4 will feature the most detailed and elaborate worlds in the history of the series. However, due to the unprecedented level of graphics and complexity, their total number will be somewhat limited compared to previous installments.

Large-Scale Storyline

Despite fewer locations, the game will offer a significantly deeper story:

• The game's script turned out to be almost twice as long as the text of Kingdom Hearts 3.
