Skunkape Games has released a fresh version 1.5.0 update for the comedy poker remaster Poker Night at the Inventory on Nintendo Switch. The update adds new unlockable content and a special visual mode.
Four New Poker Tables
Players can now unlock four themed tables by winning tournaments:
- Toys of Power — inspired by the interface of Max's psychic abilities from Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse;
- Parsnips A-Plenty — a reference to the classic Homestar Runner short;
- Gabe’s Shirt XXXL — styled after Gabe's iconic yellow T-shirt from the Penny Arcade comics;
- Mann vs. Machine — dedicated to the eponymous co-op mode from Team Fortress 2, along with a robotic look for the Heavy.
Nostalgic "Stank Mode"
At the request of fans of the 2010 original, the developers have added a special visual filter — Stank Mode. It brings back the game's signature "dirty" and smoky underground gambling club atmosphere, making colors less saturated if the remaster's updated, crisp graphics feel too sterile to you.
