Return of the Legendary Series with New Mechanics
The events of the game traditionally unfold during the Sengoku period (Warring States period). The developers promise a deeper exploration of each warlord's motivation, fierce tactical battles, and relationships between allies and enemies.

- Full-fledged Castle Town Construction: For the first time in nearly 20 years, an expanded city-building system returns with modern graphics.
- Story Mode: For the first time in the franchise's history, a full-fledged story campaign dedicated to the life journey of Oda Nobunaga will be featured, suitable for both series veterans and newcomers.
