The cult series of dynamic arcade action games Metal Slug is returning in a grand format. The Metal Slug Ultimate Collection compilation has been announced, which will bring together 10 games from the legendary franchise at once.
The Return of an Arcade Classic
The compilation's release is scheduled for 2027. It will be released both on the current Nintendo Switch system and on its successor — the Switch 2.
Metal Slug Ultimate Collection will include:
- 10 classic installments of the series with improved compatibility for modern screens;
- Co-op playthrough support;
- Bonus materials for retro gaming fans.
