The adventure RPG Fractured Worlds has received a significant update on Nintendo Switch, bringing numerous important changes to the hybrid console that previously appeared on PC. The patch not only improves stability, but also rebalances combat and eliminates critical world generation bugs.
Key changes in the update:
- Combat system rebalance: Early-game bosses have become significantly more dangerous due to increased damage, and overall boss health pools have been adjusted to maintain the challenge.
- World generation fixes: Resolved tileset bugs that could block progression, including impassable cliffs or chests blocking portals.
- Save optimization: Save files are now processed more efficiently and no longer balloon to excessive sizes.
- Battle stability: Fixed bugs and crashes in the World Breaker fight, and adjusted the behavior of healing wisps in the skirmish near the Wellspring.
- AI improvements: The behavior of shadow invaders and combat artificial intelligence has been tuned for fairer and more consistent encounters.
The update is already available for download on Nintendo Switch.
