The latest issue of the popular Japanese weekly Famitsu has already reached readers, and with it comes a new batch of review scores for recent games from the publication's editorial team.
How does Famitsu score games?
As a reminder, the magazine's traditional review system consists of verdicts from four independent reviewers. Each assigns the project a score from 1 to 10, after which the results are added together. The maximum possible score is 40/40.
Scores from the new issue:
- MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls — 9/9/9/8 (35/40)
- Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel — 8/8/9/8 (33/40)
- OFF — 6/8/8/7 (29/40)
- Hyper Euphoria — 6/7/8/6 (27/40)
The highest score this week went to the fighting game MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, which pleasantly surprised Japanese critics by earning a solid 35 points.
