A Legendary Classic Returns to Switch 2
Publisher Koei Tecmo has announced the launch of pre-orders for DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Complete Edition Remastered for the new Switch 2 platform. The release of the remastered cult action game is scheduled for October 1, 2026, and the developers shared a fresh trailer to mark the start of pre-orders.
What's New in the Remaster?
- Modern Graphics on Unreal Engine 5: Commanders, warriors, and massive battlefields have been meticulously recreated with high levels of detail, while preserving the spirit of the original.
- Engaging Combat System: The developers have revamped the "one vs. a thousand" combat mechanics, blending the classic game's traditional moves with smooth, dynamic next-generation action.
Players will be able to dive back into the massive historical battles of Ancient China in early October.
