Time travel on Nintendo Switch 2
The developers of the first-person puzzle game Desolus have announced the exact release date for the next-generation console. Nintendo Switch 2 owners will be able to immerse themselves in time paradoxes as early as October 15, 2026.
The project is being developed by Mark J. Myers, known for his work on such masterpieces as Outer Wilds and Manifold Garden, in collaboration with publisher The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild.
Gameplay Features
- Time portals: travel between the past and the future to alter reality and solve complex spatial puzzles.
- Surrealistic visual style: striking architecture and unusual geometry create a unique atmosphere.
- Deep storyline: try to save a dying city from a spacetime collapse.
Along with the release date announcement, the developers also presented a new trailer showcasing key time manipulation mechanics.
