Return of the '90s arcade classic
Publisher City Connection shared fresh details regarding the release of the beat 'em up game Ninja Baseball League-Man: Bases Loaded, which is coming to Switch 2 in Japan on December 10, 2026.
The main highlight was the reveal of a sampler for the updated soundtrack, created by composer Yosuke Yasui. Players will have the ability to freely switch between the new arrangement and the iconic retro sound of the original.
Physical editions and fan bonuses
Special first-print run bonuses have been prepared for collectors:
- Baseball Fighting Almanac: a special fanbook featuring arcade version promo materials and character dossiers.
- Soundtrack CD: the disc will contain both new arrangements and original tracks.
- Exclusive cassette tape: a limited bonus for buyers at the Claris Shop, which supports international shipping.
Features of the updated game
The remaster of the legendary hit from Irem will feature quality improvements:
- Co-op playthrough for up to 4 players simultaneously.
- Updated graphics in Full HD format.
- The character Pink, previously only an assistant, is now a fully playable heroine.
- An increased difficulty mode with new stages and altered enemy placement.
