Recently, Cyberpunk 2077 marked the release of the new season of the Edgerunners anime on Netflix with a massive version 2.5 update. However, the launch of the themed update on the Nintendo Switch 2 turned out to be far from flawless.
A Wave of Bugs in Night City
Players on the new console have begun en masse reporting serious technical glitches after installing the latest patch. Among the most common issues:
- Sudden game crashes during missions;
- Loading errors and corrupted save profiles;
- Significant performance drops and stuttering in the open world.
Some Night City residents on Reddit even claim that the Switch 2 version has become practically "unplayable." Developers are expected to release a hotfix in the near future to resolve the situation.
