Mysterious Time Loop and Colonial Intrigue
The developers of the hit game Lil’ Guardsman have released their ambitious new project — Curse of Resthaven, which is officially available starting today on Switch 2.
In this hand-drawn adventure game, players take on the role of Ambrose — the newly appointed governor of an island colony going through hard times. The protagonist arrives on the island not only to govern, but also in search of his missing niece, Amalia. Along the way, he will have to establish the town's economy, gain the trust of the locals, and confront ominous horrors lurking in the depths of the island.
Six Days Until Catastrophe
The game's plot revolves around the concept of a time loop: six days after arrival, ancient dark forces completely destroy the settlement, and Ambrose wakes up again on the day of his first arrival. He is the only one who remembers the impending disaster, so players will have to use the knowledge they gain to uncover the island's secrets and prevent the destruction of Resthaven.
