The release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on Nintendo Switch 2 marked the long-awaited return of the legendary shooter franchise to Nintendo platforms. However, along with cutting-edge graphics and large-scale battles, players also had to face the franchise's typical giant file sizes.
39 GB Update
A massive 39 GB update has been released for the Switch 2 version of the game. While Call of Duty veterans will not be surprised by such numbers, for owners of the handheld system, it is a noticeable burden on internal storage. With the new patch, the total size of Modern Warfare 4 now reaches around 91 GB.
If you haven't yet purchased a high-capacity MicroSD Express memory card for your Switch 2, it seems the perfect moment to do so has arrived.
What's Inside the Patch?
Activision has not yet published the official patch notes, so the exact list of improvements or added content remains unknown for now.
What Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Is About
The story campaign developed by Infinity Ward focuses on a large-scale conflict on the Korean Peninsula, where players take on the role of Private Pak during the invasion, as well as control Captain Price operating off the grid.
