Studio Whim Independent Studios has launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to release its dynamic action platformer Delivery Issues on Nintendo Switch.
Plot and Features
After cousin J.D. leaves the family business, protagonist Eve becomes the new courier at WINGS Delivery Service. However, the job turns out to be much more complicated than simple parcel delivery — a mysterious computer virus begins spreading through the city of Redino, and now Eve must not only preserve the family business, but also save her hometown from the threat.
Key Gameplay Elements:
- Race against time: deliver parcels across more than 30 handcrafted levels using running, jumping, swimming, and wall-climbing.
- Unique power-ups: use jetpacks, grappling hooks, and other gear to overcome obstacles.
- Packages as weapons: throw boxes at enemies blocking the path to save time.
- Upgrades and secrets: search for shortcuts, secret passages, collectibles, and buy upgrades in shops.
- Route planning: choose optimal paths before starting each run.
