Publisher Eastasiasoft Limited, together with developers from Frozen Flame Interactive, announced the release of the 2D action-adventure Okko The Exiled on Nintendo Switch. The game is scheduled for release in digital and physical formats in early 2027.
Return After a Thousand Years of Exile
The events of the game take place in Kutala, a gloomy land of demons. The main protagonist Okko embarks on a dangerous journey to defeat the Demon Lord Yalda and fulfill an ancient oath by connecting his isolated world with the heavens. Armed with the powerful Mighty Fang sword, the protagonist will challenge the masters of darkness in fast-paced real-time battles.
Gameplay Features and Visual Style
Players can expect a combination of precise platforming, a thoughtful combat system, and world exploration. Okko can combo strikes, parry enemy attacks, and use a special Focus Mode to break shields and deal increased damage.

The standard digital version for Nintendo Switch will cost $14.99 / €14.99. For soundtrack enthusiasts, an extended Deluxe Edition will be available for $19.99 / €19.99, which will include the game's digital soundtrack. Details regarding physical editions will be announced by the publisher later.
