A cozy horror game is heading to the hybrid console
Today, the studio Hollow Beak Games officially announced that their new project Vale's Echo will appear on modern consoles, including Nintendo Switch. Although there is no exact release date yet, the game's release is tentatively scheduled for 2027.
Vale's Echo is described as a 2D adventure game in the unusual genre of "cozy horror". The developers promise players a unique experience, which will include:
- Black humor that lightens the tense atmosphere;
- A deep psychological plot;
- A surreal hand-drawn visual style.
