The cult noir detective game The Wolf Among Us returns in an updated form! Studio Telltale has officially announced the game's remaster and revealed its release date — The Wolf Among Us Remastered will be released on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on October 29, 2026.
What's new in the remaster?
The updated version offers both new players and longtime fans a chance to re-immerse themselves in the grim atmosphere of Fabletown alongside Bigby Wolf. The edition will include all five original episodes with a range of technical and visual improvements:
- Improved graphics, updated character models, and enhanced environment details;
- Higher resolution, a more stable frame rate, and smoother animations;
- Updated audio and a reworked user interface;
- Expanded accessibility settings;
- Over an hour of exclusive bonus content: behind-the-scenes videos, interviews with the cast, galleries, and cut scenes.
The release is scheduled just ahead of Halloween, giving Switch and Switch 2 owners a great opportunity to unravel a mysterious murder in the world of mature fairy tales once again.
