The first reviews for the new film adaptation of Resident Evil by director Zach Cregger have already appeared online, and it seems the movie has become a true sensation among critics.
On the aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, the film received a staggering 97% positive reviews, making it the highest-rated video game adaptation of all time. The new release significantly outpaced the previous leaders of the ranking:
