Nintendo continues to actively expand the music library of its official application Nintendo Music. Over the past few weeks, listeners have gained access to a large number of new soundtracks from favorite franchises.
Latest music additions
In August 2026, several significant albums and individual tracks were added to the service at once. Among the newest updates, the following are worth highlighting:
- August 9: added tracks from the free mode of Mario Kart World, in particular melodies from Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Odyssey.
- August 4: a special release of ten tracks from Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave.
- August 3: new tracks for the free race in Mario Kart World, taken from Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart Tour, and Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit.
About the Nintendo Music app
Nintendo Music is an exclusive application for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, allowing you to enjoy soundtracks from the company's almost 40-year gaming history at no additional cost. You can listen to music online or download it for offline playback.
The application also offers convenient features for studying or working: the ability to loop songs or extend them to 15, 30, or 60 minutes. In addition, the developers have provided a special spoiler filter to hide music from game moments that you have not yet completed.
