Psychological detective game Mind Diver launches on Switch 2

Publisher PLAYISM and developer studio Indoor Sunglasses have announced the release of the detective game Mind Diver on the Switch 2 platform for $18. The project was inspired by the cult puzzle game Return of the Obra Dinn, and the latter's creator, Lucas Pope, has already praised the game.

Diving into the depths of the subconscious

The plot tells a touching and dramatic story: a young woman named Lina suddenly loses her beloved Sebastian, while she herself rapidly begins to develop amnesia. The police investigation reaches a dead end, and the only chance to uncover the truth is to use experimental "deep dive" memory technology.

Playing as a Mind Diver specialist, players must explore Lina's so-called "Ocean of the Mind," divided into eight collapsing memory regions:

  • Restoring neural networks: unlock new corners of consciousness and explore tangled thoughts.
  • Analyzing over 130 "echo" memories: listen to voiced fragments of conversations from the fateful night.
  • Filling memory gaps: recover over 700 lost items to understand the context of events.
  • Working the case: examine suspects, motives, and connections in the memory journal.

Mind Diver is already available for purchase in the digital store for Switch 2 users.
