New installment in the cult 2D fighting game series
TYPE-MOON GAMES studio has officially announced a new entry in the popular fighting game series — MELTY BLOOD: TWI-LUMINA. The game is scheduled for release on April 22, 2027, for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
Along with the announcement, the developers presented the project's first trailer. Although details are currently limited, the creators confirmed key elements of the upcoming release:
- Updated and significantly improved combat mechanics;
- An expanded character roster with brand-new fighters;
- Simultaneous release on two generations of the hybrid system.
