Doctor Doom continues his expansion across the gaming industry and the cinematic universe. It has been announced that Marvel Cosmic Invasion will receive a major story expansion, The Siege of Castle Doom, this fall.
What is known about the update
The expansion will focus on a confrontation with one of Marvel's most iconic villains and will offer players new content:
- A new story campaign featuring the siege of Doctor Doom's fortress;
- Unique missions, boss battles, and cosmetic rewards;
- Themed challenges ahead of the December premiere of the film "Avengers: Doomsday".
The DLC is scheduled for release in fall 2026, with the developers set to announce the exact date soon.
