Studio Navegante has officially announced Greak 2: Alliance of the Storms — a direct sequel to the highly acclaimed hand-drawn metroidvania Greak: Memories of Azur. The release of the new installment on Nintendo Switch is scheduled for 2027.
A Journey Through Parallel Dimensions
After fleeing their homeland, Greak and Adara find themselves in an uncharted land called Synoraz. However, the ruthless sorcerer Ilicun separates the brother and sister across parallel realities. The heroes will have to navigate different routes, battle unique enemies, and interact with the environment in their respective worlds to reunite once again and save their people.
Key Features of the Sequel:
- Full Co-op: For the first time in the series, a two-player cooperative playthrough will be available — both locally and online.
- Flexible Solo Play: Solo players will be able to seamlessly switch between characters at any moment, combining their abilities.
- Synergistic Mechanics: Solving puzzles and battling magical straw creatures will require close interaction between the heroes across dimensions.
- Majestic Storm Eagles: While exploring Synoraz, the heroes will strive to earn the trust of ancient mythical creatures and save the last Storm Egg from extinction.
