The developers of the dynamic retro platformer Gravity Circuit 2 have announced that the game will be released in spring 2027. Along with a fresh trailer came great news: in addition to the original Nintendo Switch console, the game will also officially be released on Switch 2.
A New Ally and Two Unique Playstyles
In the sequel, danger looms over the world once again—the Hunter Army threatens to destroy the restored peace. Main protagonist Kai returns to battle, but this time not alone: he is joined by Cable, a representative of the Power Circuit.
Players will have the opportunity to choose their own playthrough style:
- Kai specializes in close combat, swift strikes, a grappling hook, and high mobility;
- Cable focuses on ranged combat, mid-air jump combos, and turning defeated enemies into debris for ammunition.
Both characters share a single story campaign, and players can switch between them at the headquarters (HQ) base, which will also feature NPCs, training areas, and a jukebox.
