The colorful arcade fishing game Fishing Break from the Canadian studio Roofdog Games has officially reached the Nintendo Switch platform thanks to publisher Ultimate Games S.A. The project, which previously gathered over a million players on mobile devices running Android and iOS, is now available to a console audience.
Arcade atmosphere and simple mechanics
Unlike complex fishing simulators, Fishing Break focuses on fast, relaxing, and accessible gameplay. Charming 2D cartoon-style graphics and intuitive controls make the game a great option for short gaming sessions in Nintendo Switch handheld mode.
Lots of content and upgrade system
Players are offered plenty of exciting content:
- Over 20 picturesque fishing locations across 8 unique worlds;
- Several hundred diverse fish species, including rare creatures tied to natural elements;
