Publisher Annapurna Interactive along with developer Steph Thirion have announced the release of the game Faraway for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 platforms. The premiere of this unusual game will take place on November 5, 2026.
Cosmic Journey and Creating Constellations
Faraway is a procedurally generated audiovisual adventure dedicated to creating star constellations. Players will take control of a falling star that is in a constant process of fading. To sustain its own life, it will have to collect energy from other stars and draw wondrous patterns across the night sky.
