Adventure Game Release Delayed to Early 2027
Publisher PLAYISM announced that the release of the unusual adventure game DevilConnection for Nintendo Switch has been postponed to January 21, 2027. The game was originally planned for release in 2026, but the developers needed additional time for polish. It was also confirmed that the game will receive a physical edition in Japan.
Restoring Power to a Capricious Demon
In the magical world of Magirisia, the player takes on the role of a summoner who accidentally forms a contract with a mischievous demon named Devilun. To regain its true form, the demon must summon various colorful characters and drain mana from them by manipulating their mood.
To choose the right dialogue options, players can use the demon's special ability "Evil Eye Search," which allows them to peek into the thoughts of their conversation partners. The game is packed with numerous endings: a wrong choice can instantly lead to a bad ending, making the use of save and load functions a key gameplay element.
Key Features of the Game:
- Over 30 characters available to summon;
- Fully animated characters with expressive facial expressions and touch reactions;
- Built-in photo camera with unlockable stickers and filters;
- A fairy-tale and occasionally gothic soundtrack that highlights the atmosphere of the magical world;
- A large number of choice variations and unique story endings.
