Japanese publisher and developer FURYU CORPORATION has released the new game CRYMELIGHT on the Nintendo Switch 2 console. The project is a dynamic action roguelike inspired by the world of "Alice in Wonderland" and dark anime aesthetics.
A Deadly Game and Atonement for Sins
CRYMELIGHT continues the traditions of FuRyu's signature "CRY" action series. The plot follows a girl named Alice who has lost her memory and found herself in a prison for lost souls. To regain her memories and freedom, the heroine must participate in a deadly game, fight monsters, and atone for her sins, turning them into resources to upgrade equipment.
Combat System Features
- Wonder Dimension: A unique mechanic that increases the dynamics and tension of battles as enemies are eliminated.
- Poker Ability System: Players assemble five-card combinations, unlocking powerful skills and options for experimentation.
- Stylish Visuals: Character design was developed by illustrator YOGISYA, with the soundtrack composed by Sakuzyo.
