Studios Stairway Games and Balor Games have officially announced that the cozy co-op farming simulator Coral Island will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 this winter. The announcement was made during The MIX Fall Showcase presentation.
A New Home on a Tropical Island
The Switch 2 release will take place simultaneously with the launch of the massive free 1.4 update titled "Kids Grow Up". Players will be able to dive into island life either solo or in co-op with up to four players.
A wealth of activities awaits you in Coral Island:
- Growing crops, caring for animals, and building your own farm;
- Meeting the colorful residents of Starlet Town and building relationships;
- Cleaning up the environment and diving into the ocean depths to explore the magical Merfolk Kingdom;
- Embarking on shared adventures with friends in multiplayer.
Update 1.4 "Kids Grow Up"
The key feature of version 1.4 will be children growing up. Now your little ones can grow, discover their own hobbies and interests, unlocking new family events. Additionally, the children of other town residents will also grow up, adding fresh storylines and interactions to island life.
