Square Enix has released the official album Chrono Trigger Orchestra Concert: Melodies That Transcend Time Live Recording, which is available in both digital format and on physical media.

This release is a complete live recording of the orchestral concert held in January 2026 at Tokyo International Forum Hall A in Tokyo. The performance program covered 20 iconic compositions from the legendary JRPG created by the "dream team" led by Yuji Horii, Akira Toriyama, and the creators of the Final Fantasy series.
