Fast-paced action from the creators of Nidhogg is now available on hybrid consoles
Messhof studio, known for projects such as Nidhogg and Wheel World, has released its new dynamic roguelike platformer Blood Dungeon on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The game is already available for purchase in the digital store for $9.99.
Blood Dungeon offers a return to the roots of the studio's signature gameplay: a frantic pace, an emphasis on acrobatic movement, and survival among hordes of enemies in stylish retro pixel art. Players will have to dodge hundreds of monsters, climb walls and chains, and conquer arenas to an energetic dungeon DnB soundtrack.

- 9 characters, each with unique weapons and movement abilities;
- 6 unique survival arenas;
- Over 100 enemy types;
- Over 100 quests to complete;
- Over 100 weapons and upgrades to unlock;
- Dynamic soundtrack by Thomas Hooey.
The developers also hinted that additional post-launch announcements and collaborations are to be expected soon.
