Successful launch and graphics comparison
Studio House House (known for Untitled Goose Game) and publisher Panic released the co-op online adventure Big Walk just a week ago, and the game has already crossed the mark of over a million copies sold. This testifies to the tremendous interest of the community in the new project. A detailed video comparing the graphics between Switch 2, PS5, Steam Machine, and Steam Deck has already appeared online.
What does Big Walk offer?
The game supports from 2 to 12 players and offers to embark on a joint journey through the thickets inspired by Wilsons Promontory National Park in Australia. Here are the main features of the project:
- Complete various challenges that test your ability to work in a team and communicate.
- Unlock new tools, toys, and ways to move around.
- Enjoy full crossplay between PC, PS5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
- Listen to over 2 hours of the original soundtrack by AKSFX.
Development history
According to the developers, the idea for Big Walk originated back in 2020 during the COVID-19 quarantine. The team became so engrossed in the process of creating a multiplayer game that a small concept turned into a massive project. Six years later, they are happy to share this experience with the world.
