The Pokémon franchise and the world-renowned sports brand adidas have announced a collaboration, bringing branded avatar items and unique rewards to the mobile game Pokémon GO.
How to get branded adidas items
Starting September 25, 2026, and running through January 15, 2027, Trainers can visit select adidas stores worldwide. By opening Pokémon GO at the location, players will receive themed Timed Research.
Research rewards
For completing the collaboration tasks, Trainers will receive a variety of useful in-game bonuses:
- A branded adidas jacket and cap for their in-game avatar;
- Additional experience (XP) and Stardust;
- An encounter with the Pokémon Lucario;
- Lucario Mega Energy and other rewards.
The tasks can be obtained until January 15, 2027 (until 8:00 PM local time), and the research must be completed and rewards claimed by February 13, 2027. The developers also promise to reveal details in the near future regarding new ways for players worldwide to update their avatar wardrobes.
