Publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Kyle Thompson have officially announced the release date of their new game Well Dweller, and also confirmed that the fairytale metroidvania will arrive not only on the original Switch, but also on Nintendo Switch 2.
A Dark Next-Gen Fairytale
Well Dweller is a whimsical yet dark fairytale-style metroidvania. The project was first presented during the Indie World Showcase presentation, where the game was initially announced only for the first-generation console. However, the developers decided to expand the list of platforms and create a separate version for the more powerful successor.
