Great news for fans of atmospheric puzzle games: the iconic The Room series will finally be fully available on Nintendo Switch. Fireproof Games studio announced that The Room Three and The Room 4: Old Sins will arrive on the hybrid console as early as this week — on September 24, 2026.
Completion of the mystical series on the hybrid platform
The series' journey on Switch began back in 2018 with the release of the original The Room, and in 2022 the library was expanded with the second installment. Now console owners will be able to enjoy the full collection of mysterious mechanisms, riddles, and mystical atmosphere.
- Adapted controls: the games support both the touch screen in handheld mode and controls using Joy-Con or a controller on the TV.
- Updated graphics: textures and visual effects have been optimized for the console.
- Intriguing storyline: the third and fourth installments reveal even more secrets of the mysterious "Null Element".
Both projects will be released simultaneously in the Nintendo eShop digital store.
