Soulslike Fountains receives free Switch 2 upgrade with 120 fps support

120 frames per second and an exclusive mode

Just a week after its release, the pixel soulslike Fountains received a significant enhancement for the next-generation console. A free Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade pack has appeared on the digital eShop, bringing the project to a new level of smoothness.

• Exclusive challenge mode "Gauntlet Mode";
• Improved optimization and stability.

Fountains is a top-down action game with a pixel art aesthetic reminiscent of Hyper Light Drifter. The project was created by Canadian solo developer John Pywell, who has been working on the game since 2020 following a successful Kickstarter campaign.
