A major update has been released for the tactical social deduction game Fire Emblem Shadows, dedicated to the project's first anniversary as well as the launch of a new story chapter.
What's new in the game:
- Book 4: the official start of a new storyline.
- New mechanic: support effects have been added.
- 1st Anniversary Celebration: special in-game events and bonuses.
- New season pass: "Fair Shadow".
As a reminder, Fire Emblem Shadows combines real-time strategy and hidden traitor mechanics. During battle, one of the allies secretly acts as a "shadow apprentice". After the battle, players vote to uncover the traitor, which directly affects the difficulty of subsequent encounters.
