Paid DLC for Ravenswatch with New Hero Kintaro to Be Released on October 12

New Hero from Japanese Folklore

Publisher Nacon and the developers at Passtech Games have unveiled a new paid add-on for their co-op roguelite action game Ravenswatch. The legendary "Golden Boy" Kintaro (Kintarō) will join the roster of playable characters, with the DLC scheduled for release on October 12, 2026, at a price of $8.

Kintaro Gameplay Features

Kintaro will offer players a unique dual-control mechanic. You will be able to switch between a classic style and controlling two characters at once:

• Riding the bear Kuma: wage a fierce and devastating battle against Nightmares, wielding a massive axe of incredible power.
• Side by side: fight alongside your faithful beast as a coordinated team, combining attacks.

As a reminder, Ravenswatch is expected on the next-generation Switch 2 console in the fall of 2026. The exact release date of the game on Nintendo's new platform should be announced in the near future.
