Publishing division Dodo Tako of Canadian indie studio Triple Boris has announced the official release of the co-op party game Hack 'n' Stack on the Nintendo Switch console.
Build together... or throw your friends at enemies!
In Hack 'n' Stack, a team of up to four players can join forces locally (in split-screen mode) or online to gather resources, construct defensive walls and towers, and fight off endless waves of attackers. But the most interesting part is that cooperation here is optional!
Thanks to the physics engine, literally everything around can turn into a weapon: building blocks, stunned enemies, environmental objects, and even your own teammates. Coordinated tactical defense instantly turns into a fun and chaotic mess.
Game features:
- 24 handcrafted levels across four biomes: forest, village, coast, and mountains;
- 4 anthropomorphic heroes with over 750 customization options for hats and weapons;
- 5 enemy classes, each requiring a special tactical approach;
- Local and online co-op for 1–4 players;
- Vibrant hand-drawn art style with funny animations.
