Publisher Blue Brain Games has announced that the atmospheric first-person puzzle game Quern – Undying Thoughts will be released on Nintendo Switch on October 6, 2026 — exactly ten years after its original PC release.
Mysteries of Quern Island
Quern is a mysterious island full of picturesque landscapes, forgotten ruins, wondrous mechanisms, and hidden secrets. As soon as the protagonist sets foot on this land, the portal behind them closes. The only way to find a way home is to delve into the secrets of the island and uncover the truth about its past.
To solve complex spatial and logic puzzles, players will need to thoroughly explore the environment, notice subtle details, experiment, and learn the working principles of ancient mechanisms.
